Adhérence is currently offered as a beta. The service is provided "as is", may change, be interrupted, or contain imperfections.

Adhérence is a training-tracking tool and provides no medical advice. It is not a substitute for the advice of a healthcare professional.

FORGE AGENCY cannot be held liable for damages resulting from the use of the service or from a temporary unavailability.

Subscriptions to the Service (Pro and Business plans) are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.

When a coach enables charging their athletes (Business plan), payments run through Stripe Connect using "direct charges": the coach is the seller and merchant of record for their own coaching services. Funds are credited directly to the coach's Stripe account and never pass through FORGE AGENCY, which acts solely as the software provider and is not a party to the coaching contract.

The processing of your personal data is described in the Privacy policy, accessible from the footer.

This legal notice is governed by French law. Any dispute relating to its application falls under the jurisdiction of the French courts.

The French version of this notice prevails in the event of any discrepancy.
